Dreambly Refund-Return Policy
We want you to be a happy customer for life so please let us know what you love and what we can do better.
Please contact customer service (support@Dreambly.com) immediately upon receipt of any damaged items and submit a photo of the damage within 72 hours of receipt. We will rectify any errors on our behalf. Otherwise, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
If you wish to return any product for a refund, product must be unused and sent back to our facility. We allow 30 days post purchase for you to contact us, advising you wish to return product.
- Item(s) must be returned or shipped out within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
- We will provide a return shipping label for you to send unused product back to us. The only costs you would incur for a return would include any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.
- Please note: Items must be returned to Dreambly
Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning. That’s fair, right?
